Teyana Taylor attended the fourth annual King’s Trust Global Gala in New York City on May 1. The singer and actress appeared at the event in a striking black and white outfit.

She wore a zebra print trench coat designed by David Koma. The coat featured a dramatic overlay at the shoulders.

Her accessories included a belt and earrings from Schiaparelli. The belt displayed several surrealist charms, including an ear.

For footwear, Teyana Taylor selected the Xrismarteen boots from the collaboration between Christian Louboutin and Maison Margiela. The boots are made from nappa leather, feature a pointed toe, and have a 100 mm heel.

The boots are part of a capsule collection that highlights the decortiqué design process, allowing the inner layers of the shoe to show. The style is described as showing the “memory of gesture” through a distressed look.

Teyana Taylor is anticipated to be present at the upcoming Met Gala. She is also scheduled to host the event's livestream alongside La La Anthony and Ego Nwodim.

She is set to appear in the upcoming film "One Battle After Another."
