Bailey wore a mini blazer dress from Coach. The design featured a black and white split tuxedo inspiration with a silver bodice visible under satin lapels.
The look included a black net veil adorned with small gems. She completed the ensemble with glittery shoes.
The 2025 Met Gala was co-chaired by Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, and Anna Wintour. LeBron James served as the honorary co-chair for the evening..This appearance marks one of several Met Galas for Bailey. In 2023, she wore a white and silver Gucci dress with a marine life-inspired cape for the event honoring Karl Lagerfeld. Her debut at the gala occurred in 2021 alongside her sister, Chloe Bailey, both wearing Rodarte for the "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion" theme.

When discussing fashion choices, Chloe Bailey told Harper’s Bazaar in 2022, “We're learning that we should always be comfortable no matter what we wear. But sometimes, even I forget that and will be like, 'I'll just wear it for a few minutes if it's cute.’ It's also about taking risks and making mistakes, or even great decisions, sometimes."
