A first trailer for the new NCIS: Tony & Ziva series has been released, offering a look at the continued story of former agents Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David. Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo reprise their roles in the spinoff set to premiere this fall on Paramount+.

The series finds the couple raising their daughter, Tali, in Europe following Ziva's apparent death and later reunion. Their quiet life is disrupted when Tony's security company faces an attack.

This forces the family to go on the run across the continent, attempting to identify who is pursuing them. The situation also requires Tony and Ziva to confront the nature of their relationship.

The trailer shows Ziva describing their status as "on again, maybe again, kind of again." While navigating threats, Tony refers to Ziva as a "safe house roomie" during a dinner scene.

The threat extends to their daughter, Tali, portrayed by Isla Gie. Scenes depict attempts to target Tali, prompting Ziva to reveal a hidden collection of weapons, highlighting the skills they rely on from their past.

The cast also includes Amita Suman, Maximilian Osinski, Julian Ovenden, Nassima Benchicou, Lara Rossi, Terence Maynard, and James D’Arcy.

Production for the series began in Budapest.Weatherly and de Pablo previously announced they would reprise their NCIS roles for the new spinoff set in Europe.

Speaking about what to expect from the show, de Pablo said, "I expect intrigue, romance, the background of Europe, impossible situations that will make our life very complicated but somehow a little something about love."
