A judge has ordered the sale of rapper The Game's Calabasas mansion to help satisfy a $7 million judgment against him. The order allows the court to sell the property to cover debt owed to Priscilla Rainey.

The judgment stems from a lawsuit filed by Rainey, who accused the Compton-based artist of sexual assault during the production of his dating show, "She's Got Game."

The rapper did not appear in court regarding the suit. In 2016, a default judgment was entered against him, requiring him to pay Rainey just over $7 million.

Rainey had previously sought the court's intervention to sell the mansion after the rapper reportedly refused to pay the awarded sum.

The Game attempted to prevent the sale by claiming the house was owned by JTT Holdings, a company in which he holds equity. However, the court ruled JTT Holdings was a shell company and permitted the forced sale of the asset.

The mansion is listed for $4 million, an amount that falls short of the $7 million judgment.

Rainey has pursued collection of the debt. She has utilized private detectives to serve legal papers to the rap star.

The "Westside Story" artist has stated Rainey will never get a cent off him. Despite this, he has paid nearly $400,000 to her after she was allowed to collect on his music royalties.

He stated on Instagram in 2016 the accusations were false and she would not receive any money from him. He claimed she was removed from the show and filed the lawsuit afterward.
