Actress Madelyn Cline was recently observed relaxing on a beach in Spain while on hiatus from shooting her latest film, "Day Drinker." Production for the movie, which also features actors Johnny Depp and Penélope Cruz, is currently underway in the country.
Principal photography for "Day Drinker" began last month. Filming locations include areas on the island of Tenerife, though Cline spent time off-camera on a beach in Sitges, located near Barcelona. The break provided cast and crew a chance to step away from active production.
During her beach outing, the 27-year-old was photographed in a red bikini and a hat.
Cline gained recognition for her leading role in the Netflix teen drama series Outer Banks. She portrayed the character Sarah Cameron across four seasons of the program.
She also appeared in the 2022 Netflix production Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. That film's cast included performers such as Daniel Craig, Edward Norton, and Kate Hudson.
Resource reports from last year indicated Cline and comedian Pete Davidson ended their relationship.
"Day Drinker" marks a notable acting role for Johnny Depp. The 61-year-old actor is making a return to the big screen with this project, following a period away from major film productions as detailed in reporting on the movie. Penélope Cruz, another prominent figure in the industry, is also part of the cast ensemble.
Filming is expected to continue in Spain as production progresses on "Day Drinker." Day Drinker is anticipated to bring several well-known actors together for the project.
