Saturday Night Live cast member Chloe Fineman recently recounted being asked to leave a restaurant in New York City after interacting with actor Demi Moore and her dog, Pilaf Little Mouse. Fineman shared the experience on her TikTok account.

According to Chloe Fineman, she and her sister were seeking a place to eat uptown near Madison Avenue, an area she described as lacking dining options. They settled on Sant Ambroeus, an Italian restaurant known for its multiple locations in the city.

Upon entering a room with several empty tables, Fineman stated she sat down and then noticed Demi Moore with her famous small dog. Chloe Fineman indicated she had met Demi Moore previously and had even held Pilaf Little Mouse backstage at an SNL show.(Source)

After Chloe Fineman greeted Demi Moore, a manager approached her. Fineman questioned if her appearance, stating she had no makeup on, led the manager to question her presence in the empty room.(Source)

The manager reportedly asked Chloe Fineman, "What are you doing here ma’am? Come, come, come with me now, now." Despite empty tables, the manager stated they did not have a reservation and insisted she should have spoken to him first.

Fineman told the manager she was "not nobody" and was on Saturday Night Live.(Source) The manager reportedly replied he treated everyone the same and did not care who she was.

The exchange escalated, with both parties calling the other "rude," before Chloe Fineman chose to leave the restaurant. She described her reaction as a personality trait that surfaces in New York, comparing it to acting like "a Karen" but also characteristic of the city's sometimes blunt interactions.(Source)

Musician Samantha Ronson commented on Fineman's TikTok post, stating she was present with Demi Moore and Pilaf during the incident.

"Lol. I was there with Pilaf and her mom and we were so confused and horrified," Samantha Ronson wrote. "That was so rude. I’m sorry. You can sit with us, next time."(Source)
