Popular online personality Kai Cenat has introduced a new platform aimed at teaching aspiring creators how to improve their streaming efforts. The program, titled Streamer University, was announced recently, inviting interested individuals to enroll.
Cenat described the initiative through an announcement video, setting a tone that blended academic themes with his characteristic style. He stated the university welcomes participants to its inaugural session.
The creator outlined that the platform is designed as a place where unconventional approaches are welcomed and the creation of compelling content is prioritized. He indicated he anticipates seeing participants at the start of the first term.
Plans for Streamer University surfaced earlier in the year during a Twitch livestream. Cenat mentioned the idea of renting a physical university campus for a weekend to host the training, according to earlier reports.
At that time, Cenat proposed an open enrollment process, allowing both established and smaller streamers to participate in activities over the weekend.
He also expressed interest in involving other prominent creators to lead specific subjects. Examples included suggesting Mark Rober might cover science-related topics through experiments or MrBeast could address financial aspects of content creation.
Cenat himself brings extensive experience in online content creation. His large following has provided opportunities including attending major events.
Regarding the new educational platform, Cenat welcomed participants, saying, "Here, you will find a school where chaos is encouraged and content is king. I look forward to seeing you all on campus for our first-ever semester."
