Brazilian forward Endrick is reportedly questioning his immediate future with Real Madrid, primarily due to limited playing time since joining the club. Despite showing flashes of talent, the 18-year-old has found opportunities scarce in his first season.

This situation comes as Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti recently criticized the young striker following missed chances in a match against Getafe.

Endrick had two opportunities to score during the La Liga fixture but was unable to convert them.

Ancelotti commented on the performance, pointing out the need for young players to finish chances effectively.

Despite the lack of consistent minutes, Endrick has demonstrated scoring ability. In approximately 700 minutes on the field, he has recorded 7 goals and provided 1 assist.

His current contract with the club runs until 2030. However, gaining regular playing time is seen as important for his development and prospects with the Brazilian national team.

Looking ahead, particularly towards the next World Cup, a loan move for a season has emerged as a potential option.

This could allow Endrick to secure the playing time needed to maintain his position with the national squad. RB Leipzig is reportedly one club interested in acquiring the player on loan.

Real Madrid faces a decision regarding Endrick's path forward. While remaining with the club aligns with his dream of succeeding in Madrid, a temporary move could benefit his progress significantly.

Following the match against Getafe, coach Ancelotti stated, "Endrick had two good chances... Young players need to strike the ball properly, not this theatrical stuff. Theatre in football doesn’t exist."
