Day three of the NFL Draft concluded Saturday, with teams finalizing their draft classes in rounds four through seven.

The Seattle Seahawks participated in the final rounds, holding multiple selections entering the day.

The team executed several transactions affecting their draft capital throughout the event. Early in the draft, a Seahawks trade saw Seattle acquire the 35th pick overall by giving up a different second-round selection, which was used to select safety Nick Emmanwori.

On Saturday, a Seahawks trade involved sending quarterback Sam Howell to the Vikings in exchange for swapping fifth-round selections.

Seattle also traded out of their original fourth-round spot, adding a seventh-round pick in a deal with the Patriots.

Another prior transaction involving receiver DK Metcalf resulted in the team trading their sixth-round pick, number 185, to the Steelers for a seventh-round selection, number 223.

The Seahawks made their first pick on the final day in the fifth round, selecting defensive tackle Rylie Mills with the 142nd pick.

Seattle held additional picks in the fifth and seventh rounds to conclude their 2025 draft class.
