Cleveland Browns linebacker Devin Bush was arrested Sunday on simple assault and harassment charges in Pennsylvania, according to court records.
Bush was arrested in Bell Acres in Allegheny County, roughly 20 miles northwest of Pittsburgh.
He was later arraigned and posted non-monetary bail following the arrest.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 20 in Allegheny County court.
A team spokesperson told ESPN on Monday that the Browns are "aware and gathering more info" regarding the arrest.
Bush, 26, is preparing for his second season with the Browns after re-signing with the team on a one-year, $3.25 million deal in March.
In his first season with the Browns in 2024, Bush played in 16 games and started 10, recording 76 tackles and one sack.
Bush was the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Steelers. He played four seasons in Pittsburgh before spending the 2023 season with the Seattle Seahawks.
Bush has played 81 career games, starting 61, and has totaled 299 tackles, five sacks, and two interceptions.
The case will proceed through the legal system and Devin Bush could face potential discipline under the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy.
