Arizona secured a weekend series victory against TCU at Hi Corbett Field, coming from behind in consecutive games. The Wildcats defeated TCU 5-4 on Saturday, following a 6-3 win on Friday.

The series win against the Horned Frogs pushed Arizona into a tie for second place in the Big 12 Conference standings with one game remaining in the series.

Saturday's contest saw Arizona rally from a 4-1 deficit. TCU scored four runs in the fifth inning to build their lead.

Arizona began chipping away at the lead in the sixth inning, scoring one run. They then tied the game in the seventh, taking advantage of two TCU errors on the same play.

The Wildcats took the lead in the eighth inning. With the bases loaded, Brendan Summerhill hit a pinch-hit sacrifice fly to score Mathis Meurant, securing the 5-4 win. Arizona baseball rallies past TCU clinching the series.

In the Friday series opener, TCU Drops Opener to Arizona by a score of 6-3. TCU held a 3-1 lead in the fourth inning before Arizona responded with five unanswered runs to take the first game.

Arizona coach Chip Hale spoke on the team's ability to overcome deficits.

"The one thing I know we are is gritty, we're going to battle," Hale said after Saturday's victory.
