NBC will bring back its popular One Chicago franchise for the 2025-2026 television season. The network announced renewals for Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., and Chicago Med, ensuring new seasons for viewers next fall.

The current seasons of all three dramas conclude next week. The season finales are scheduled to air back-to-back on Wednesday, May 21, on the NBC network.

Chicago Med Season 10 will air its finale at 8 p.m. Eastern, followed by the Chicago Fire Season 13 finale at 9 p.m. Eastern. The Chicago P.D. Season 12 finale is set for 10 p.m. Eastern.

Following their broadcast on NBC, all three finale episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.

The renewals mean Chicago Med enters its 11th season, Chicago Fire begins Season 14, and Chicago P.D. returns for Season 13. New seasons are expected to premiere in Fall 2025.

While most cast members are expected to return for the upcoming seasons, some cast changes have been confirmed for Chicago Fire. Daniel Kyri, who plays Darren Ritter, and Jake Lockett, who plays Sam Carver, will exit the series after the current season, reportedly due to cost-cutting measures..No cast departures have been announced for Chicago Med or Chicago PD at this time.

The Chicago P.D. finale includes a storyline featuring the wedding of characters Kim Burgess and Adam Ruzek. The Chicago Fire finale involves Kelly Severide putting his job at risk and Christopher Herrmann preparing for a test. The Chicago Med finale centers on S. Epatha Merkerson's character, Sharon Goodwin, enforcing staff reductions.
