Breeze Airways announced expansions from two airports, adding multiple destinations beginning later in 2025. New service is planned from Akron-Canton Airport in Ohio and Myrtle Beach International Airport in South Carolina.

From Akron-Canton, the carrier will introduce six new routes. Service to Daytona Beach, Florida, begins September 3 on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Flights to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, start November 5, operating nonstop on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Jacksonville, Florida, service commences September 4 on Thursdays and Sundays, while West Palm Beach, Florida, flights begin September 5 on Mondays and Fridays. The airline also adds flights to Wilmington, North Carolina, starting November 7 on Mondays and Fridays. Key West, Florida, will see BreezeThru service four days a week starting October 2. Introductory fares for these routes begin as low as $49.

The expansion in Ohio comes as Breeze Airways prepares to open a new crew base at Akron-Canton Airport. The potential for increased service tied to the base opening had been previously reported. You can read more here.

Separately, Breeze Airlines also announced new flight destinations from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The airline will add nonstop flights to New Orleans, Louisiana, and Rochester, New York.

The new flights from Myrtle Beach International Airport to New Orleans are scheduled to begin September 4. Service to Rochester will start on October 2. One-way fares on these new routes begin from $59.

"Our team has been actively advocating for service to New Orleans, a destination long requested by our community. Both New Orleans and Rochester represent unserved or underserved markets for MYR, and this announcement reflects our continued commitment to expanding convenient, affordable travel options for the Grand Strand."
