Aeromexico, the Mexico-based global airline, is expanding its technology partnership with Sabre Corporation. The agreement involves the deployment of new AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing the airline's pricing and retailing strategies.

As part of the expanded partnership, Aeromexico will implement SabreMosaic, Sabre's offer and order retailing platform. This includes deploying the SabreMosaic Air Price IQ and SabreMosaic Ancillary IQ solutions.

SabreMosaic Air Price IQ uses real-time data and AI to optimize airfare pricing. SabreMosaic Ancillary IQ focuses on personalizing offers for additional services based on traveler behavior.

The adoption of these tools is intended to allow Aeromexico to adapt to market conditions, improve operational efficiency, and provide a more personalized experience for customers.

Aeromexico has worked with Sabre for 14 years. Sabre has served as a technology partner supporting the airline's growth objectives.

The SabreMosaic platform is built using Google's AI technology and Google Cloud architecture. Its structure allows airlines to create, sell, and deliver personalized content to travelers.

Mario Baez, Vice President, Revenue Management at Aeromexico, commented on the expansion.

"By utilizing SabreMosaic Air Price IQ for dynamic pricing and SabreMosaic Ancillary IQ for personalized ancillary offers, we will ensure a more personalized experience for our passengers while optimizing revenue generation," Baez said.
