Comcast CEO Brian Roberts received $33.9 million in total compensation for 2024, a 4.5 percent decrease compared to his 2023 pay package of $35.5 million.
The compensation included a $2.5 million base salary, $17.9 million in stock awards, $5.75 million in option awards, and $7.5 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation.
Roberts also received $200,483 in other compensation, including $10,000 in company contributions to retirement accounts and funds for personal use of a company aircraft.
The median Comcast employee earned $89,237 in 2024, resulting in a CEO pay ratio for Roberts of 380 to 1.
Comcast President Mike Cavanagh also saw a pay reduction. His 2024 compensation fell 4.5 percent to $28.3 million from $29.6 million in 2023.
Cavanagh's package included a $2.5 million base salary, $13.63 million in stock awards, $4.38 million in option awards, $7.5 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation, and $255,162 in other compensation.
Other compensation for Cavanagh included $10,000 for retirement plan contributions and funds for personal use of a company aircraft.
In contrast, Chief Financial Officer Jason Armstrong's compensation rose 30 percent to $15.1 million in 2024, up from $11.59 million in 2023.
Overall, Comcast reported $123.7 billion in revenue for 2024. The company's profit reached $16.2 billion, a 5.2 percent increase from the prior year.
